Due to the limited and carefully sourced nature of our collections, we do not offer exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@houseofkathbell.com with your order details and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a free reshipment, refund, or store credit. No need to send the item back. 

Items that are made to order or fulfilled by select partners may be considered final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Estate Antiques Collection 

Each antique is a one-of-a-kind piece, carefully sourced and selected for the estate.

Due to the unique and irreplaceable nature of these items, we are pleased to offer returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@houseofkathbell.com with your order details and a photograph of the item. We will review and arrange a reshipment, refund, or store credit as appropriate.  Note:Refunds are carefully processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
