Please note that certain pieces—particularly larger or specialty decor items—may require additional time for careful handling and delivery.

Order Fulfillment
As our collections are curated from select global suppliers, items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery Updates

Please note that some shipping carriers prioritize delivery speed over frequent tracking scans. As a result, tracking updates may occasionally pause in transit or update only upon final delivery, even while your package continues safely through the carrier network.

If your order has not arrived within 3–5 business days of the estimated delivery timeframe shown on the product page, please feel free to contact the estate at support@houseofkathbell.com and we will gladly assist you.

Shipping Availability
At this time, House of Kathbell ships within the United States only, as each piece is thoughtfully prepared and fulfilled with care. We look forward to expanding internationally as the estate continues to grow.

Due to the limited and carefully sourced nature of our collections, we do not offer exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@houseofkathbell.com with your order details and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a free reshipment, refund, or store credit. No need to send the item back. 

Items that are made to order or fulfilled by select partners may be considered final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Estate Antiques Collection 

Each antique is a one-of-a-kind piece, carefully sourced and selected for the estate.

Due to the unique and irreplaceable nature of these items, we are pleased to offer returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@houseofkathbell.com with your order details and a photograph of the item. We will review and arrange a reshipment, refund, or store credit as appropriate.  Note:Refunds are carefully processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
